Nisa Saraç

Att. Nisa Saraç has extensive experience in Commercial and Corporate Law, as well as Labor Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law, Insurance Law, Administrative Law, and Tax Law. She provides legal services to multinational and Turkey-based clients that are leading in various sectors, covering a wide range of matters from strategic consultancy, reporting and contract management to litigation, enforcement proceedings and mediation processes. She plays an active role in managing disputes effectively in the pre-litigation stage and in achieving amicable settlements, while also representing her clients with diligence throughout litigation.

A graduate of Marmara University, Faculty of Law, Nisa Saraç is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association. Her native language is Turkish, and she is fluent in English. She has been practicing law since 2018.
