Gökbüke Deren Verep

Gökbüke Deren Verep, who graduated from Marmara University Law Faculty in 2013, is a litigation lawyer with significant experience in Commercial Law, Law of Obligations, Labor Law, Rental Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and Administrative Law. Between 2013 and 2025, she worked as a lawyer and manager at leading law firms and companies in Turkey, with a focus on Labor Law and Rental Law, spanning over a decade. She also has substantial knowledge and expertise in Company Law, Contract Law, Real Estate Law, and Personal Data Protection Law. Since 2025, Ms. Verep has been a member of the partnership, providing legal services to leading clients in industries such as construction, telecommunications, e-commerce, services, and automotive.

Throughout her career, she has successfully advised and represented numerous high-profile individual and corporate clients before the courts. Her broad experience in various aspects of dispute resolution enables her to deliver comprehensive legal services, helping clients anticipate and prevent potential disputes.
