Ceren İşcioğlu Ulutürk, a partner at Ulutürk Law Partnership, represents national and international construction companies, maritime companies, logistic companies, energy providers, commodity companies, and manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and distributors in these sectors in a wide range of areas. Ceren graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and holds a master's degree in International Commercial and Maritime Law from Swansea University. Fluent in English, she successfully represents clients as counsel in ICC, LMAA, MAA, GAFTA, FOSFA, and ISTAC arbitration proceedings. Additionally, Ceren provides legal services to clients regarding S&P proceedings, ship flag changes, offshore company incorporation, offshore banking transactions, banking transactions in Turkey for foreign companies, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
