Ceren İşcioğlu Ulutürk is one of the founding partners of Ulutürk. Ceren represents national and international shipping companies, logistic companies, energy providers and construction companies, manufacturers, distributors, suppliers and distributors. Ceren graduated from Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and LLM candidate at Swansea University. She is fluent in English. Ceren successfully represents her clients in ICC, LMAA, MAA, GAFTA, FOSFA and ISTAC arbitrations. In addition, Ceren provides legal services to her clients in S&P transactions, ship flag changes, offshore company incorporation, offshore banking transactions, banking transactions for foreign companies in Turkey and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
