Av. Tolga Babayağmur

Attorney-at-Law Tolga Babayağmur is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law and specializes primarily in Labor and Employment Law, as well as Energy Law, Commercial Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Lease Law, and Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

Between 2021 and 2025, he worked at some of Turkey’s leading law firms, gaining extensive litigation and consultancy experience particularly in employee–employer disputes, reinstatement lawsuits, labor receivables, payroll and wage practices, overtime and severance calculations, termination processes, and re-employment risks. For corporate clients, he provides strategic legal consultancy in areas such as pre-termination risk analysis, disciplinary procedures, management of subcontracting relationships, collective labor relations, and compliance of internal HR policies and procedures with labor legislation. He is also actively involved in mediation and settlement processes, delivering result-oriented solutions through effective negotiation strategies.

In the field of Energy Law, he has developed technical and legal expertise in licensed and unlicensed electricity generation activities, wind (WPP) and solar (SPP) energy projects, compliance with Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) legislation, generation license applications, technical outages and loss of production, damages arising from voltage fluctuations, disputes with distribution companies, as well as liability for damages and contractual risk management.

Within Ulutürk Law Partnership, he provides consultancy and representation services to domestic and foreign-capital companies, particularly in labor and energy law, as well as commercial and enforcement–bankruptcy law. He also plays an active role in ensuring legal compliance of contracts and internal policies, personal data protection (KVKK) processes, and internal corporate audits.

He has advanced proficiency in English and is currently continuing his undergraduate education in the Department of Mathematics at Erciyes University.
